Property described continues for 13 pages. - lease and release dated 24 and 25 March 1779 between Francis Biddulph and Thomas Somers Cocks, of Charing Cross; James Cocks of Charing Cross, esquire and Lawrence Holker of St Thomas Apostle's London, gentleman devisees in trust and executors in the last will and testament of Marshe Dickinson of Dunstable; Thomas Herbert of Grosvenor Square, London; and Thomas Munn of St. Alban's, yeoman, which in turn recites back to 1769. - lease and release dated 5 and 6 July 1785 between Joseph Camp, late of Totternhoe, victualler but then of Thurney in the parish of Iver, Buckinghamshire, devisee in fee of the messuage and lands granted and released under the last will and testament of Gabriel Snoxall of Totternhoe, yeoman and Thomas Munn of St. Albans, Hertfordshire - will of Thomas Munn 16 December 1786 - Indenture 8 June 1838 between the Reverend Thomas Hunt of Upper Clapton, Middlesex and Maria his wife (formerly Maria Edwards); Thomas Hunt of Herne Bay, Kent, surgeon (eldest and only surviving son of Thomas and Maria Hunt; and Martha Drayton, wife of George Box Drayton of Stoke Newington, Surgeon, Middlesex and Maria Hunt of Upper Clapton, Spinster (two daughter and only other surviving children of Thomas Hunt and Maria.
