- lease and release dated 24 and 25 March 1779 between Francis Biddulph and Thomas Somers Cocks, of Charing Cross; James Cocks of Charing Cross, esquire and Lawrence Holker of St Thomas Apostle's London, gentleman devisees in trust and executors in the last will and testament of Marshe Dickinson of Dunstable; Thomas Herbert of Grosvenor Square, London; and Thomas Munn of St. Alban's, yeoman, which in turn recites back to 1769.
