Previous convictions: Bound over Police Ct Luton, 3/5/16, Stealing Boots & skirt. Two Months Div. II Police Ct Luton, 11/9/16 Stealing food by false pretences And One summary conviction for giving false information on registration form. Committing Magistrate E. Franklin of Dunstable Borough (Petty Sessions Appendix to the Index (page) Recomended for Borstal. An illegitimate child and a wretched home. A lengthy term of Borstal treatment would be best for her, and this is also advocated by the Probation Officer 2. William Chandler: 30 years, Soldier, Degree of Education 2.
