    Between: i) Henry Rogers of Eaton Bray, carpenter ii) Simon Wood of Eaton Bray, yeoman, and Edward Symons of Charlend [Chaul End] in Caddington yeoman Recites: - pending marriage of i) and Adrea Wood of Eaton Bray, spinster, and sister of Simon Wood Property: - all that messuage or tenement wherein (i) dwells with all and singular houses and [?], buildings, barns, stables outhouses, yards, gardens, orchards, and backsides adjoining, belonging, situate and being in Eaton Bray next to the copyhold ground of (i) on both sides thereof north and south abutting east on a common half lying in the Great Comp and abutting west on the street. - 1 acre of arable land lying in the Middle field up the Orleing hill next the land late of William Groome now of Thomas Sayell on the west part and next the land lately held by William Reyner now held by John Stanbridge on the east part. - 1 acre of arable land lying in the Quarry field up Goldhill next to eh land lately of Edmund Cooke, now held by Richard Roberts on the west part and the land now or lately held of Thomas Ashwell on the east part and abutting north upon Icknell way. - all and singular woods, trees, hedges, ditches, ways, easements, passages, profits, commons, commodities and appurtenances unto the messuage, tenement or arable land. Belonging or in any way appertaining. Uses: i) grants (ii), their heirs and assigns - to the use and behoof of (i) until marriage. - jointly for (i) and Adrea during the term of their natural lives, and for the survivor after death of spouse - after death of (i) and Adrea, for the children of the marriage - if the couple dies without heirs, then to the proper use and behoof of the heirs of (ii).
