    (i) James Alfred Steers (ii) Benjamin Nonus Butcher, Bedford, retired jeweller Consideration - £126 paid by (ii) to (i) (i) conveys to (ii) - piece of land in Waterloo Road (formerley called Gery Street) forming part of lot 215 Bower Building Estate, and fence now standing on said piece of land - subject to right of way and covenants and restrictions, which (ii) agrees to observe Witnesses: Walter Shepherd, 8 Goldington Avenue, Bedford, solicitors clerk and James Heygate, solicitor, Wellingborough Also endorsed with: Conveyance (a) George Stewart Mason, Rushden, Northants , solicitor and John James Turner, Waterloo Road, Bedford, ironmonger (b) Mary Melicent Butcher, 138 Hurst Grove, Bedford, spinster Reciting will of Benjamin Nonus Butcher of 28th April 1922 by which he appointed (a) as his executors. After various bequest he bequeathed residue of his estate to his granddaughter (b). He died on 2 January 1925. Will proved on 19th Febraury 1924 (PPR).
