Said mortgage sum of £700 is still due by all interest has been paid now in consideration of £700 paid by (iii) to (i) at the direction of (ii) and £450 residue (total - £1150) paid by (iii) to (i)
(ii) by direction of (i) grant to (iii)
- piece of ground on west side of Rothsay Road and south side of Gery Street, Bedford (part of lot 178)
- messuage erected thereon in occupation of Miss Boughton
to hold discharged from said mortgage
(iii) agrees to indemnify (i) aganst covenants in deed of 7th July 1891. Sigs of all.
