Sir,
We hereby give you notice of our intention to apply, in accordance with Section 207, Sub-Section 1 of the Lunacy Act 1890, for the renewal of the Licence of Springfield House at the Ensuing Quarter Sessions: William Scott Bower and Miss Mary Bellars intending to reside therein.
We append a list of the names, numbers and class of patients at present detained here as required by the Commissioners’ rule under the Lunacy Act 1890.
