Bedfordshire (to Wit) The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath present that Harry Odell on the 6th day of August in the year one thousand nine hundred and fifteen unlawfully and wilfully did attempt and endeavour to commit a certain felony that is to say that he the said Harry Odell on the day and year aforesaid unlawfully and wilfully did by casting himself into a certain pool of water attempted and endeavour feloniously and wilfully and of his malice aforethought to kill and murder himself against the peace of our Lord the King his Crown and Dignity.
