(i) and Albert Sharman in consideration of £30,000 as trustees for sale convey a) to ii) - (i), Albert Sharman purposed to convey as trustees for sale of the will of Frederick Smith King, deceased. Probate granted to Beatrice Maud King on 13th June 1944 - Deed of appointment dated 4th June 1953 between Beatrice Maud King appointed i) and Kate Syms Sharman as trustees of the will to act jointly with Beatrice Maud King. - Death of Beatrice Maud King, intestate on 2nd December 1954 - Death of Kate Syms Sharman on 26th May 1972 - Deed of appointment dated 28th December 1972. i) appoints Albert Sharman as trustee of will, to act jointly with i) - No assent in writing made by Beatrice Maud King in her own favour as trustee for sale.
