    Between: i) Mrs Kate Syms Sharman, wife of Albert Sharman and Frances Wells King, Spinster of 39 High Street Riseley (Grantors) ii) Dane Developments Limited, Dane Lane Wilstead (Grantee) Property: a) Freehold property situate at Riseley and having frontage to the High Street. Shown on attached plan in brown b) Freehold property situate at Riseley and having a frontage to the High Street and being the site of a proposed housing estate. Shown on attached plan in blue. Recites: -i) are seised of a) in fee simple -ii) are seised of b) in fee simple -ii) proposes to develop land in b) as a housing estate and proposes to lay foul sewer to serve estate in the position indicated by red and blue lines on the attached plan. Foul sewer to be connected to the public sewer in Gold Street, Riseley. ii) is to apply to Bedford Rural District Council to have the proposed sewer be adopted as a public sewer. -ii) has agreed terms for acquisition of the necessary easement to enable the proposed foul sewer to be laid and connected to the public sewer in Gold Street. Operative Part: -i) as trustees grant unto ii) the full free right and liberty to enter on the land in a) and to lay, maintain and use a foul sewer as positioned on the attached plan, and where necessary construct and maintain inspection chambers. -ii) covenants with i) to lay sewer, and pending adoption, keep sewer maintained, and make good all damage caused to surface of b) by right’s granted. -i) covenants with ii) to support application to the Rural District Council.
