    We Arthur George Ferguson of Bellwood Perth in the County of Perth, Harold Garnier Papillon of Park House, Campsea Ashe, Suffolk & Edward Sidney Wilbraham of the Estate Office, Saint Giles near Salisbury Wiltshire being the owners of the land described in & coloured blue on the plan herunto annexed, through which part of certain highways situate in the borough of Luton & (1) known as Dallow Road; & (2) leading from Chaul End & terminating in Dallow Road aforesaid, are inetended to be diverted & turned in consideration of an Agreement dated 10th July 1914made between ourselves of the one part & the Mayor, Aldermen & Burgesses of the Borough of Luton ofthe other part do hereby consent to the making & continuong such a new highway through our land. Given under our respective hands this 11th day of March 1915 Signed by Arthur George Ferguson, Harold G Papillon E S Wilbraham, all witnessed.
