Justices Certificate William Smith, Solicitor & Town Clerk, Luton details of the diversion over 8 pages, ending with : & Lastly we do further certify that the several portions pf the said existing highways so respectively proposed to be turned, diverted * stopped up entirely as aforesaid were & are so connected together that they cannot be separately turned, diverted & stopped up without interfering one with another & may be lawfully included in & turned, diverted & stopped up as aforesaid by virtue of one order or certificate.
