Telephone No. 20 Dear Sir, In reply to your letter of yesterday’s date, you may take it from me that it is the wish of the Biggleswade Licensing Justices that the previous appointment of Mr. H. M. Lindsell as a member of the County Licensing Committee in the place of Sir John Burgoyne should be acted upon now that Sir John has definitely decided to retire from the Committee.
