Edward Reding has agreed to buy the land for £210 and for this purpose has brrowed £160 from (iii)
- a close of old enclosed pasture in Nether Dean, by estimation 1 acre, but by measure 3 roods, 10 perches, at the East end of the yard and homestead of John Shepherd in Nether Dean; commonlly called the pightle or overclose, and latley belonging to the said yard and homestead of John Shepherd , and also to a cottage lately belonging to John Shepherd, now sold to Luke Rawlings.
- a plot of new enclosed land adjacent to the said old enclosure, in a field which before the enclosure of the open fields of Nether Dean was called Deep Slade Field and containing 3 acres, 2 roods and 14 perches (bounds as in award), awarded by commissioners to John Shepherd in lieu of 3 acres of meadow and commons.
Both are now laid together as 1 close, late in the occupation of John Shepherd, now Edward Reding
