Recites: - will of George Thurley dated 8 Feb 1894 giving authority to sell residue of real and personal estate on trust. - death of George Thurley 18 Apr 1899. - Deed poll dated 22 July 1899 A F Love declined to act as executor. - 27 July 1899 Will of G Thurley proved by J H Collett and Emma Thurley. Property - piece of land as stumped out containing 2 acres and having a frontage of about 145 feet to Middle Field Road bounded North by property of Francis Pym, East by Middle Field Road, South property recently sold to Charles Usher and West by the Bletchley and Cambridge Branch of the London and North Western Railway, which said piece formed part of three several plots of land containing respectively 1 a 39p, 1 a 1 r and 20 p and 3a 2r and 6p conveyed to George Thurley by two indentures dated respectively 18 Oct 1892 and 13 Dec 1894.
