Bedfordshire (to wit) The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath present that John Albert Smith on the fifth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, one bicycle of the goods and chattels of one Alfred Franklin feloniously did steal take and carry away. 2nd Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that on the twenty ninth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand and thirteen at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of the City of Winchester the said Albert Smith was convicted of Felony.
