James Pepper by his will dated 6th July 1900 proved 1 Dec 1902 by Lousia Pepper and Annie Pepper two of the executors after directing that all he possessed with the exception of a cottage situate in Shefford Hardwwick should be sold appointed his wife Louisa, his sister Annie and his brother John executors. James Pepper died 1 Aug 1902. Consideration £60.
