    3a) 1st Count, On the 19th of February at Luton, Harold Fountain feloniously did steal take & carry away a bicycle to the value of £2 the goods & chattles of Ellis Franklin Judge 2nd Count,on 19th February Bert Fountain did feloniously receive a bicycle the goods & chattles of Ellis Franklin Judge 3b) On 13th February 1914 at Luton, Harold Fountain feloniously did steal take & carry away a bicycle valued at £2, the goods & chattles of Horace Wilson 3c) on 2nd February 1914 at Luton, Harold Fountain feloniously did steal take & carry away a bicycle valued at £2.5 shillings the goods & chattles of George Wallace 3d) On 23rd January 1914 at Luton, Harold Fountain feloniously did steal take & carry away a bicycle valued at £1.10 shillings the goods & chattles of Ralph Goodwin 3rd Count, previous conviction for Harold Fountain on 7th November 1906 he was convicted of felony. Plea: Harold Fountain, Guilty. Bert Fountain not guilty Verdict; Guilty Sentence; Harold Fountain, to be detained under penal discipline in a Borstal Institution for a period of 3 years. Should it be unable to provide for such treatment the sentence of the court would have been 6 months imprisonment with hard labour concurrently on each indictment. Bert Fountain, bound over in the sum of £10 to come up for judgemnet if called upon during 12 months
