At the Petty Sessional Division Court sitting at Chesterfield on 30th July 1910, Ernest Richard Lee is charged that he,on 15th July 1910, at the Parish of Bolsover did steal a silver watch & a rolled gold chain value 2 pounds, the property of Thomas Barker. The defendant is convicted of the said offence & to be imprisoned at His Magesty's Prison Derby & kept at hard labour for 2 months .
