Scope and Content
At the General Quarter Session of the Peace held at Maidstone Kent on 17th October 1912, Horace George Thompson was convicted that on 17th July 1912 he did feloniously steal take & carry away 1 bicycle, 2 saddle bags & various other articles of the good & chattles of Arthur Edward Taylor. Contrary to the form of the Statute in such case made & provided & a previous conviction for felony having been proved against him, he was ordered & adjudged for his offence to be imprisoned in His Magesty's Prison Maidstone & kept at hard labour for 12 months.
