1. 'A Stray Lamb' cutting from The Vauxhall Mirror, September 1941 'Another Nature Study Trail by George Bartlett'. Account of a walk round Barton
2. Aerial photograph of Woburn Abbey from Bucks SA 13th August 1965 taken by Derek Snow of Newport Pagnell. Shows the main building and minor courtyards, the children's railway, the sideshows and roundabouts, pets corner and safari headquarters.
3. 'Mystery of Sir William Harpur's Bones' from Beds times 22nd April 1966. Account of work by Mr F W. Kuhlicke studying the Harper braases in St Paul's Church Bedford and addressing the question of whether the bones of Sir Willliam and Dame Margaret Harper are in the church.
4. 'The Roundhead's Round House at Brogborough' from Beds Times 30 Spetember 1965. Description of the house bought by John Okey, Parliamentarian Colonel in 1650. He was eventually executed at Tyburn after the Restoration.
5. 'Mr Osborn's bills of 1837 Come to Light' from Newport Pagnell paper June 14 1968. Account of how a collection of bills and business cards belonging to Mr James Osborn was found behind the fireplace at Horseshoe Farm, Bourne End.
