Allegation: William Cotchin a minor, of Colchester Barracks in Essex to marry Elizabeth Woodland, also a minor, of Bromham, signed by his mark. The written consent of his father John Cotchin of Ridgemount is given below. Also written below is a memorandum written by John Biggs, miller, of Bromham, stating that in his hearing the father of the bride, Richard Woodland, gave his consent to the marriage.
