Recites marriage settlement 1871 between the late Auberon Edward William Molyneux Herbert and Lady Florence Amabel Herbert, his wife, in which Florence Amabel Herbert assigned to trustees a quarter share to which she was entitled on the death of her mother, Anne Florence, Countess Cowper, under settlement of 1833 and a deed poll of 1871, in the sum of 30,000.
