- Scope and ContentI am a widow and reside at 92a Crawley Road Luton. The prisoner came to lodge at my house about 6 weeks ago & he left on 11th November 1910. He did not tell me he wasgoing. It was untill I missed certain things that I knew he was gone & found he had taken all his own things. The violin and bow produce are my property. I saw them in the drawing room at my house a week before the prisoner left. I missed them on 14th when Detective Attwood came to see me. I value the violin & bow at £5.00. Cross exmained; I did not receive a telegram from you after you left. Emily Tooth
