bounded South by land belonging to the rector of the parish
West by land in occupation of Thomas Gadsby
North by cottage hereinafter described

(which was purchased by John Miller of Sir William Long)
"together with the Room now forming part of the said Messuage and other buildings erected by the Said John Miller upon the ground whereon a Cottage formerly stood which was purchased by him of Benjamin Jarvis"
