    reciting that John Miller died on 20 Oct 1815, having made a will dated 6 Feb 1815 which was proved 3 Feb 1816, and that (i) has agreed to sell to (ii) her moiety of the house mentioned below for £450, and the parties have agreed to convey by means of a fine ... messuage or tenement with appurtenances in Bedford St Cuthbert bounded South by land belonging to the rector of the parish West by land in occupation of Thomas Gadsby North by cottage hereinafter described East fronting the street (which was purchased by John Miller of Sir William Long) "together with the Room now forming part of the said Messuage and other buildings erected by the Said John Miller upon the ground whereon a Cottage formerly stood which was purchased by him of Benjamin Jarvis" ... all that cottage or tenement with outbuildings also purchased by John Miller of Sir William Long in or near Lucks Lane in St Cuthbert bounded South and West by garden belonging to messuage mentioned above North by Lucks Lane all late in the occupation of John Miller
