    - all their premises in Riseley, Wilstead, Elstow and Houghton Conquest, late the estate of William Edwards, esquire, deceased chargeable with £1,500 to Philip Monoux Lucas, younger son of (i) if (ii) predecease (i) without issue, then (i) appoint same to said Philip Monoux Lucas, chargeable with £2,000 to Mary Lucas and Harriet Lucas, daughters of (i) equally or if either die before appointment takes place, then chargeable with £1,500 to the survivor; if Philip Monoux Lucas predecease (i) without issue, to use of said Mary and Harriet as tenants in common. on death of survivor of (i) any trust monies from sale of trust estates mentioned in their marriage settlement to be paid to said Mary and Harriet their daughters equally signed (i) witnesses: William Marshall, Mary Proctor
