    willing: - to his son, Baker Coleman his real estate in Arlesey, Shitlington [Shillington], Litlington [Lidlington], Marston Moretaine, Wootton and Cranfield as well as Purton [Pirton, Hertfordshire], Brafield on the Green, Houghton and Cooknoe [Northamptonshire] charged with payment of legacies below; - to his daughter Mary Coleman, £2,000 arising from real estate devised above; - £1,000 to George Pearce of Mentmore [Buckinghamshire] in trust to spend on freehold premises to be conveyed to Baker Coleman and George Pearce upon trust as follows: to Mary Coleman for life without impeachment of waste; to heirs of Mary Coleman subject to trusts, uses etc. imposed by Mary Coleman; if Mary Coleman had no issue to Baker Coleman and his heirs for ever; - interest on the £1,000 at 4% to be paid by Baker Coleman to Mary Coleman until it is used to buy land; - to first three daughters of his cousin Abraham Perrin of Clophill as follows: £40 to Mary Perrin; £30 Elizabeth Perrin; and £30 Sarah Perrin when each of them reached the age of 24; - to Elizabeth Patternoster, widow of Matthew Patternoster, of Cranfield, dairyman 2/6 per week for life; - the legacies to the Perrins and payment to Elizabeth Patternoster to be secured on land in Marston Moretaine in tenure of George Monk; - to his niece Elizabeth Allen £30; - to his daughter Mary Coleman £20 for mourning; - to his cousin Abraham Perrin and Mary his wife £16 for mourning (£8 for the survivor if one of them die before the testator); - the legacies to Elizabeth Allen and for mourning to be paid from his personal estate; - the residue of his estate to Baker Coleman who he appointed sole executor - witnessed by Ambrose Reddall and William Turner and John Rotherham, clerks to Mr.Reddall Codicil of 6 May 1760: - revoking the legacy of £2,000 to Mary Coleman and charging all his real estate with a cash payment to her of £300 and £1,700 to be paid to George Pearce of Mentmore to use in purchase of freehold premises to be conveyed to Baker Coleman and George Pearce in trust as follows: for Mary Coleman without impeachment of waste; for the heirs of Mary Coleman. If Mary Coleman married and had lands of a yearly value of at least £60 settled on her by her husband before purchase of lands then the lands should not be purchased but the cash sum of £1,700 given to her; - revoking £16 legacy and giving £20 to Abraham Perrin and Mary his wife (of £10 to the survivor) for mourning - witnessed by John Cripps, Philip Parks and Richard Lovesey Proof of will of 26 Nov 1790 attached, granted to Mary Coleman, spinster, administratrix of Baker Coleman, esquire, deceased
