Valuation £22.14.10. The letter to Rev Smith discusses the amount awarded for dilapidations including: consumption of foods in last two years; antills in the grass, foul land in Cox's piece and Salford Close, absence of Clover Ley. The dilapidations to buildings and deficiency of fallow had been settled at £20.
