    that BC should pay to Thomas Middleton £600 plus outstanding interest with costs at law (to be taxed by Sir Thomas Bird, Knight, one of the Masters of the Court) and costs expended by TM in making the land tenantable by fifth day of Easter Term 1663, or in default, that TM should hold and enjoy the mortgaged land free from the equity of redemption and that BC should make an absolute assurance of the land to TM to hold and enjoy discharged from all equity of redemption and incumbrances done by BC unless he could show contrary to the court before 5th day of next Easter Term but before he would be admitted he would have to pay TM 5 marks costs for non-attendance at this present hearing
