Richard Gwynne Evans, Clerk of the peace for Stamford certifies that at General Quarter Sessions on 23rd January 1913 Harry Wells (after a previous conviction for felony) was convicted upon an indictment that on 29th Octopber 1912 he stole 6 silver spoons of the value of two guineas, the goods & chattels of Frederic Thomas Atton. He was imprisoned at prison in Leicester & kept to hard labour for 6 months. Witness my hand this 20th December 1913 signed R G Evans
