    (i) appoints (ii) trustee of money due under father's will upon trust that: (ii) shall invest money in purchase of land, with or without a house, of freehold tenure in colony of Victoria with power at any time to sell and reinvest proceeds in other land of similar tenure on trust during life of Catherine Elizabeth Squire, wife of (i) at option of (ii) either to permit her to occupy land or receive rents after death of wife, on trust for children of (i) who reach 21 or marry if no such children in trust for (i) absolutely (ii) under no obligation to see premises kept in proper state of cultivation or repair signed (i), (ii) witnesses: A H Outhwaite, clerk to Messrs Blake and Riggall Albert Edward Smith, Southrop, Lechlade, Gloucestershire, miller 10 May 1899 endorsed: within deed registered in office of Registrar General of Victoria as prescribed by Insolvency Act 1879, on 17 Jan 1900.
