Operative Part:
- by a conveyance made 31 July 1953 between Albert Smith and Edith Mary Smith and the borrowers the property was conveyed to the borrowers for an estate in fee simple upon trust to sell the same and to hold the net proceeds of sale in trust for themselves as joint tenants with full and unrestricted powers of mortgage.
- (i) borrowed £1300 from (ii) on security of (a) at interest of £4 10 per centum per annum

(a) land containing 3725 superficial feet or thereabouts on the east side of Foster Hill Road in the parish of St Peter Martin shown as plot 69 on the plan drawn on a conveyance made 15 April 1887 together with the messuage of dwelling house and premises erected on 75 Foster hill Road Bedford subject to the restrictive covenants and conditions contained in the conveyance of 15 April 1887
