15 April 1887 - Conveyance between:
(1) The Master & Co-brethren of the Hospital of St. John the Baptist
(2) The trustees of the Hospital of St. John the Baptist
(3) William Freeman of 1 Bedesman's Place, Bedford, Builder
Reciting: The property conveyed belonged to and formed part of the ancient possessions of (2)
Reciting: (1) and (2) agreed to sell to (3) at price of £185-6-0
All that piece of land containing 7412 superficial feet situate in the parish of St. Peter Martin showed on the plan in pink as lots 68 and 69 to hold by (3) in fee simple
Covenant that (3), his heirs and assigns would not without the consent of (2) in writing erect any buildings other than a house and no more than two in number. No house built should be of less value than £250. Walls of the house should not be built nearer to or further from the building line shown on the plan. (3) would build a side wall no less than six or more than 7 feet above the level of the footpath adjoining the road on the north boundary within two calendar months. No person can carry on the business of an innkeeper or victualler or any 'noisome or offensive business' without the consent in writing of (2).

(1) conveys to (2)
All that piece of land contained 7412 super ft or thereabouts sited on the east side of Cemetery Road in the parish of St Peter Martin. Shown of the plan attached to the abstract in pink. And also two messuages or tenements erected on the said piece of land. To hold unto the said (2) in fee simple.
24 June 1887 - Conveyance between:
(1) William Freeman
(2) Alfred Holley of Bedford, Baker
Reciting mortgage of 16 April 1887, and state of debt and that all interest had been paid
Reciting arrangement for sale subject to sum of £600 and interest to become due.
(1) conveys land above to (2) in consideration of £180
