All that freehold dwelling house and premises situate and being No 16 West Street, Dunstable together with the buildings and erections recently built in the yard at the rear of the said messuage. Right of passage and running of water and soil from all neighbouring lands and houses of (1) reserved along with right of way and passage at the side of said premises to the garden and premises in the occupation of (1c)
