Maintenance of party walls
All that messuage, dwellinghouse and premises with the yard and outbuildings thereto belonging situate on West Street, Dunstable now known as Hilary Villa as the same as is now in the occupation of (2). Which said messuage or premises originally formed part of the building known as the Temperance Hall which was conveyed to the said Joseph Osborn by an indenture of conveyance dated 1 March 1871.
