Conveyance (1) Jack Montague Scott of 32 Lovers Walk, Dunstable, motor engineer. (2) Jack Llewellyn Middleweek of 35 Britain Street, Dunstable, motor engineer. Consideration: £420 Recites: By a conveyance dated 7 February 1945 between Percy Wood Flemons and John Henry Hoare of the one part and (1) of the other part the property described (see Z1362/4/21) . (1) has now agreed to sell to (2) the aforesaid property for the consideration above. All that piece or parcel of land on the north west side of a road there known as Britain Street (formerly called England's Lane) to which it has a frontage of 24 feet or thereabouts and running in depth backwards there from 93 feet or thereabouts shown in the plan drawn on conveyance (Z1362/4/21) and thereon coloured pink. Together with the three garages erected thereon or some part thereof.
