Letter (not addressed to anyone) reads; Sirs, At a meeting of the Visiting Justices of above Prison held on 17th July 191, it was unanimously resolved ;' That this committee do recommend to Quarter Sessions the appointment of a Probation Officer' Will you be good enough to bring the matter to the notice of the Quarter Sessions in due course.
