    - piece of ground with appurtenances situate in Biggleswade and bounded: North by premises formerly of John Norman and now of William Goldthorpe, East by premises formerly of Sarah Smith and now of William Turner. West by land belonging to the trustees of the infant school. South public footpath. - all those six cottages erected on the above ground by John Ellson. - cottage since erected thereon by James Tingey deceased at the west end of the said six cottages. - small piece of ground formerly the site of the old cage lying in the front of the said cottages abutting south on the said public footpath being appurtenance and occupied with the cottages since 1850. Formerly in the occupation of Benjamin Huckle, Henry Pates, Frederick Taylor, Widow Farrington, William Humphreys, James Goss [?], James Pates and now in the occupation of Isaac Curtain, William Huckle, Charles Stacey, James Daniels, John Huckle, Charlotte Stanley.
