And containing in width 53 feet or thereabouts, at a depth of 56 feet from the street from which point to the east or north east end thereof, the south or south east boundary is curved the width at the extreme east or north east end being 30 feet. Together with the two messuages erected thereon and known as No's 2 and 4 Victoria Street Dunstable (formerly known as No's 155 and 156 Victoria Street) Recites: Indenture of conveyance dated 3 June 1907 between Elizabeth Sauter, Francis Horn and Arthur Robinson.
