All that piece of land situate in the parish of Dunstable and on the northeast side of and adjoining a road there called Victoria Road ... and which piece of land is part of an estate which was offered for sale by auction by W Whittingham at the Saracens Head, Dunstable on 3 December 1862 in 132 lots according to printed particulars and a lithographed plan published therwith in which the said piece of land constituted Lots 32 to 35 both inclusive.
