Reciting indenture made 2 May 1882 between (1) and (2) regarding all that piece or parcel of land known as Vane's Estate site, Luton used to secure a mortgage of £5000. Where (2) lately contracted with (3) for the sale of a piece of the land for £47 and it was agreed that £42.10 should be paid to (1) in reduction of monies owing to them.
Loose letter inside deeds from Royal Insurance Company to Messrs Middleton & Gutteridge, solicitors dated 2 November 1888 regarding statement of fire account for the quarter. No properties detailed.
