On 7th April 1910 he was convicted on his own confession at Horsham, that on 28th February 1910 he did steal a brush, the goods & chattels of Erasmus Denison St Andrew Ommanney. He had previously been convicted of felony as Walter Harris, and was ordered to be imprisoned at Kingston Portsmouth and kept at hard labour for 4 calendar months.
