Offence; on 5th July1911 Frank Kirby did did steal from the dwelling house in Luton of Albert Mayne a gold chain, a lady's gold watch, a gold brooch and a gold braelet to the value of ten pounds, the goods and chattels of the said Albert Mayne Plea; Guilty, admits previous conviction Sentence; 6 months imprisonment with Hard Labour 2nd Count; previous conviction, 1st July 1910 in Swansea Frank Kirby was convicted of Felony
