    -- close of pasture now or late in the tenure of John Bell called Lye Close containing by estimate 6 acres in Kimbolton, Huntingdonshire, between Millwood on the one side and a lane leading from Pertenhall to Kimbolton on the other side and abutting on Pertenhall Field on one end and on a lane on the other end, all reputed to be part of the lordship of Hoo in Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire and were purchased by William Bedell, deceased (with other property) from Robert Jackman, gentleman, and were left by William Bedell in his last will to be sold. Edward Bell and Richard Todd attorneys for livery of seisin Covenant of Francis Bedell to produce deed mentioned below, between (i) William Bedell (ii) Francis Bedell and Benjamin Browne, London, owners of rectory and parsonage of Kimbolton being covenant that close be free from tithe of hay other than a rate tithe in money of 16d [?] yearly and that Thomas Hollinghedge was farmer of the Rectory or parsonage.
