    Recites Articles of Agreement dated 8 Oct 1771 [original is HA324; see also W2111 which recites it] made between the Rt. Hon. George Lord Viscount Torrington and several other freeholders, copyholders and cottagers within the parish of the other part witnessing agreement to relative rights of the parties to ownership of the following: Potton Heath or Warren ground (including the Frith) subsequently divided into Gamlingay and Windmill Field (gives field name evidence in delineating the boundaries of the two fields so created), commons over Old Field, Byard’s Green, mineral rights (sand and clay) at several specified places, and common rights to ling, furzes and broom on the waste (all being land subject to this division and inclosure by Parliamentary Act).
