    -- messuage, tenement or cottage with appurtenances where William Harper now lives in Pertenhall with all houses etc., and -- close or pightle of pasture ground with appurtenances, one acre, called Woodend pightle, adjoining to the messuage or tenement -- close of pasture ground called Spickernells containing by estimate 5 acres lying in Pertenhall now in tenure of John Bardolph -- close or pightle of pasture, once wood, containing one acre in Pertenhall now in tenure of John Bardolphe to hold to use of John Bardolph and wife Mary for life of survivor then to use of Mary Bell forever Proviso that if Mary Bardolph shall die, then John Bardolph to offer Mary Bell lodging, meat and drink Witnesses to livery of seisin: Nicholas Throste, William Harper Endorsed with declaration of uses of a fine already levied (as above) Witnesses: Andrew Burton, John Stanton, Francis Squires, Thomas Aston
