All that piece or parcel of land forming part of Station View Estate, Dunstable, situate in High Street North (or Watling Street) and bounded on or towards the south west side of High Street North aforesaid to which it has frontage of 25 feet with a depth of 138 feet or thereabouts which said piece of land forms part of a larger piece or parcel of land conveyed to J. H. Timms on 21 February 1921 (see Z1363/6/8/1/3) Thornley & Boutwood, Leighton Buzzard
