1) Sarah Timms, 181 Victoria Street, Dunstable, widow Alfred Bird, Chalton nr Toddington, Farmer 2) Annie Room, wife of Walter Harry Room, 4 Houghton Road, Dunstable, hat manufacturer 3) James Snoxell, Restmore, Dunstable Road, West Luton, gentleman Reciting: Conveyance dated 13 August 1924 of (1) to (2) for the consideration of £50 All that piece or parcel of land forming part of Station View Estate, Dunstable, situate in High Street North (or Watling Street) and bounded on or towards the south west side of High Street North aforesaid to which it has frontage of 35 feet with a depth of 138 feet or thereabouts which said piece of land forms part of a larger piece or parcel of land of 60 feet which was conveyed to J. H. Timms on 21 February 1921 (see Z1363/6/8/1/3) Conveyance dated 19 March 1934 from (2) to (3) for the consideration of £142 10 s For same piece of land, together with full and free right of way and passage at all time for (3) and his successors in title with or without horses, carts, wagons and carriages up through over along the piece of land (shown in blue on the plan) and being situated at the rear of the piece or parcel of land described and leading into Capron Road, Dunstable.
