H. Timms on 21 February 1921 (see Z1363/6/8/1/3) Conveyance dated 19 March 1934 from (2) to (3) for the consideration of £142 10 s For same piece of land, together with full and free right of way and passage at all time for (3) and his successors in title with or without horses, carts, wagons and carriages up through over along the piece of land (shown in blue on the plan) and being situated at the rear of the piece or parcel of land described and leading into Capron Road, Dunstable.
