First schedule: Conveyances of 15 February 1909 and 21 February 1921 Second schedule: Description of fences to be maintained. No offensive or noxious trade to be carried upon the lands hereby conveyed, nor shall the same be used for any purpose which may be or become an annoyance to the owners of the adjoining property or properties.
