    1) Edward Anthony Cumberland of Luton, Bedfordshire, auctioneer 2) Bertram Timms of Ely Villa, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, builder Consideration: £105 Reciting: All that piece or parcel of land forming part of the Station View Estate, Dunstable, Bedfordshire situate in High Street North (or Watling Street) and bounded on or towards the south west side by High Street North aforesaid to which it has a frontage of 60 feet with a depth of 138 feet or thereabouts. Plan of land on back of deed, plot coloured pink. Together with full and free right of way and passage at all time for the said (2) his heirs and assigns either with or without horses, carts, wagons and carriages up through over along and across the new road leading into High Street North from the north eastern end of the right of way hereinafter mentioned into High Street North, to and from the rear of the piece of land hereby conveyed. And also a similar right of way over the piece of ground coloured blue on the plan, leading from the said new road to the rear of the piece of land hereby conveyed. First schedule: 24 June 1861 - Conveyance between Nathaniel Charles Milne and Edward Barnard 19 October 1892 - Contract between MJ Barnard and E A Cumberland & G Taylor 16 December 1892 - Agreement between the same parties. Second schedule: Description of fences to be maintained and building line to be adhered to. No offensive or noxious trade to be carried upon the lands hereby conveyed, nor shall the same be used for any purpose which may be or become an annoyance to the owners of the adjoining property or properties.
