- Scope and ContentArthur Pestell did on 3rd October 1910 at Luton, while being employed as a servant by Sidney Horwood take into his possession certain money, to wit, the amount of 14 shillings for and in the name and the account of the said Sidney Horwood his master. the said money was then fraudulently and feloniously embezzled by the said Arthur Pestell. 2nd Count; The jurors on their oath do present that at the Assizes and General delivery of the Gaol holden at Bedford on 26th October 1908 Artthur Pestell was convicted of Felony.
